"La Perla" Blend

The "La Perla" blend comes from a very particular request.

A friend, Elisa, asked us to develop a blend for her restaurant that would tell about her character and emotions.

After the long and difficult period of the lock-down, his desire was to embrace customers and friends, who had been away for too long, with a coffee that communicated this.

The blend is represented by the elderflower, a symbol of rebirth and renewal. A new beginning.

A blend of Specialty coffees for espresso was born. Enveloping, with strong hints of dark chocolate, hazelnut, dried fruit and spices. A good body and a citrus acidity present but well harmonized. The coffees that compose it are 100% Arabica Specialty: Brazil Natural, Peru Honey, Mexico Washed and Sumatra Mandheling.
